Among today’s most cherished raconteurs, master storyteller and humorist Garrison Keillor is best known as the creator of ‘A Prairie Home Companion’ and creator of the fictional Minnesota town Lake Wobegon, the setting of many of his books. He has reached an audience of over 17 million on more than 900 public radio stations and performed live each week for 40 years. A prolific author and poet, he is the recipient of numerous honors, including the National Humanities Medal and induction into the Radio Hall of Fame at Chicago’s Museum of Broadcast Communications.
